What the inspector wrote

On October 16, 2025 at 9:50 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bill Billones conducted an unannounced Case Management - Change of Capacity inspection at the above-mentioned Family Child Care Home (FCCH). LPA met with Licensee Lezly Rodriguez and discussed the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection 6 children were present along with the Licensee and 1 assistant providing care and supervision. LPA in the company of the Licensee toured child accessible areas of the FCCH. Licensee will utilize the day care room and part of the backyard. Entrance to the day care is through a wooden side gate. Remainder of the home is excluded from childcare services. LPA reminded Licensee the off-limit areas need to be inaccessible to children in care. LPA observed the home to be clean and orderly with adequate ventilation. The areas used for day care were free of toxins accessible to children in care. LPA observed the fire alarm and a regulation fire extinguisher (2A10BC) with a service tag dated 07/19/2025.
