What Happened
Annual/Random inspection with Technical Violation issued. Licensee had unannounced out-of-town trip on inspection day, leaving facility with only two assistants. At time of visit, 6 children were under supervision of one staff member after some pickups.
Observations

- At 12:30 PM, four children picked up leaving six children with only one staff member
- Licensee required to be present at least 80% of operating hours per Title 22
