Pre-licensing visit·December 16, 2024

On 12/16/2024 at 9:45 AM, Licensing Program Analysts, (LPAs) Gigi Reyes and Fernando Hernandez conducted an announced pre licensing inspection at the above address. This is a follow up pre licensing inspection conducted on December 12, 2024, for Aranda Alvarado Family Child Care Home applying for change of Location. LPA met with applicant and discussed the purpose of the inspection. Applicant's two (2) minor children were present The following observations and updates were noted today: The FCCH is appropriately set up to operate as a large FCCH at the above location. Furniture and furnishings are in place. Inaccessible areas are barricaded and doors have child safety lock to prevent children's access. Playpen, cots, toys are present for day care children's use. Sharps, medications, toxins are stored in the elevated kitchen cabinet inaccessible to day care children. The outdoor environment is fully fenced with bricks and wooden fences and equipped with age appropriate toys and equipment. Control of Property was reviewed. Fire safety clearance was issued on December 11, 2024. Based on the above observations, License was issued effective today, December 16, 2024.
