What the inspector wrote

Today, December 3, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joaquin Mendez conducted a case management inspection. Licensee Maria Rodas Hernandez was informed of the reason for the visit. Licensee submitted an increase of capacity. LPA in the company of the licensee conducted a tour of the home inside and outside. LPA did not observe any children in the home. The Licensee stated no children arrived today. The home was found clean and free of toxins. The fire clearance was granted on October 29, 2025. The smoke detector and carbon monoxide were tested at 10:39 A.M. and were found operational. Licensee submitted the notification and landlord consent along with an updated LIC279 during the inspection. The home meets Title 22 Division 12 requirements for a large license. The increase of capacity is granted today, December 3, 2025. Notice of the site visit and appeal rights were given to licensee, Maria Rodas Hernandez. No deficiencies cited in today\342\200\231s inspection. The report and inspection were conducted in Spanish.
