Facility-requested visit·August 27, 2025

On 8/27/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andy Yang, and Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Belinda Devall met with Site Director, Sanyoo Bharadwaj for the purpose of conducting a Case Management - Licensee Initiated Inspection. The facility submitted an application to change the preschool capacity from 24 to 48 preschool children. Fire clearance was approved on 8/12/2025. Present for today's inspection were Site Director, Co-Director, (1) staff, and (2) children who were accompanied by their participating parent during orientation. The facility is located on a church campus. The facility is currently licensed with total 24 preschoolers utilizing one (1) classroom (Fellowship hall). Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and age range of 2 years to 5 years and 9 months. The updated application is requesting to add an additional room (Room 101). LPA and LPM toured the facility during today's inspection as well as measured the space available for the children. LPA Yang reminded the director shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license. Preschool Classrooms measurements are : The Indoor total measurements contain a total of {1426.94} square feet, which will accommodate for 30 preschool children. Preschool Outdoor Play measurements are: Outdoor total measurements contain a total of {9133.1} square feet, which will accommodate for 30 preschool children. ***Continue Page 2*** ***Page 2*** Per facility sketch (LIC 999) approved by the fire clearance, the preschool program has (2) toilets and (3) sinks. There is a separate staff bathroom located in the church. There are ample tables, and chairs to meet the needs of children in care. Sick children will be isolated in the office. Sick children will use the staff bathroom if needed and will be accompanied by a staff member. Staff and children's bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and operable. The facility will ensure proper care and supervision including visual observation. The participating parent will work under the direct supervision of a teacher or director. No deficiency issued during today's inspection. Appeal Rights provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Director, Sanyoo Bharadwaj. LPA advised the Director that the Child Care Center Change of Capacity (LIC 200A) of 30 children will be approved effective 8/27/2025. Director will provide an updated Application (LIC 200A) to reflect the capacity change of 30.
