On 04/14/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer "Jen" Beehler conducted an unannounced Case Management/Other inspection. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by the Facility Representative and provided access to the facility. LPA provided the reason for the visit. LPA toured the facility and collected the census. There were 101 preschool children and 25 staff present (10 teachers, 13 aides and 2 directors) which is compliant with ratio and capacity requirements. During today's inspection, LPA discussed reporting requirements with the Director. LPA reminded the Director that any suspected physical or psychological abuse to children in care must be reported to the Department. LPA also discussed the process for reporting changes to the facility physical plant due to a future renovation of the church campus. Due to today's inspection, no deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted with the Director. Report was review and provided to the Director Susan Corey along with appeal rights. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
