What the inspector wrote

On 11/12/2024 at 9 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Jason Jang conducted a Case Management Visit. LPA met with the Director Penny Corpus and explained the nature of the site visit. Present on this visit were 7 Teachers and 18 preschool children. The facility operates from Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm. The Director sent a completed LIC 624 via email on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 2:33 PM. C1 sustained an injury in the facility on 11/4/2024 at 4:10 pm. LPA conducted Staff Interview. As per interview, C1 sustained the injury after C1 was signed out by S2 at 3:33 pm. S2 is also an authorized person to pick up C1. There are no deficiencies cited on this visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Penny Corpus.
