What the inspector wrote

On 4/23/2025 at 9:50 AM Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted a Case Management visit. LPA met with the Site Director Penny Corpus and explained the nature of the visit. Present on this visit were 6 Staff and 24 Preschool Children. Facility operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. LPA provided a copy of the PIN 21-21.1-CCP. As per section 101700.3, which states in subsection (b)(1), A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). The department was notified that the facility had elevated lead levels that had exceeded 5.5 ppb. This exceeded the ALE established by the state for lead exposure. Facility\342\200\231s sample site ID \342\200\234C\342\200\235 and \342\200\234K\342\200\235 from Room 4 and 5 had a ALE, with a test date of 1/27/2025 and results came back on 3/12/2025. The facility permanently cease the use of the outlets for drinking and food preparation that had ALE. The facility replaced the outlets with a service date of 3/24/2025. LPA obtained a copy of the service invoice LPA advised the Director that a follow-up water sampling is required. The Director sent a request for a follow-up water sampling as of today's date. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided. Exit interview was conducted with Director Penny Corpus.
