On 09/26/2025 at 9:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe conducted an unannounced Case Management visit and met with site director, Sue Scribner. Also present at the time of today's visit is 3 staff and 13 children. The purpose of today's visit is to conduct a health and safety tour of Room 7 for an application for a room addition. LPA Uribe toured Room 7 and found it to be neat and clean with central heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. No hazardous materials, items, or surfaces were observed. As required for this type of application, the Mountain View Fire Department approved Room 7 for child care use on 08/13/2025. The fire clearance was approved under the condition that no more than 8 children are to occupy Room 7 at any time. LPA Uribe measured the dimensions of Room 7 and found that the square footage of usable space within the room allows for the accommodation of 8 children. The director is instructed to adhere to these capacity restrictions within Room 7 at all times. The overall total capacity of the facility will remain at 22 and is not to be effected by the addition of Room 7. As of today, 09/26/2025, the facility will operate out of 4 classrooms (Rooms 7, 8, 9, & 10) with an unchanged overall capacity of 22. Report was reviewed and a notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Sue Scribner.
