What the inspector wrote

On 10/31/2025 at 2:15pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jialing \342\200\234Julianne\342\200\235 Zhu conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of investigating a reported incident. LPA met with Director Renita Lozano. Also present during the inspection were five (5) fingerprint-cleared staff and 26 children in care. The facility is within ratio and in compliance with capacity regulations today. The incident occurred on 10/21/2025 and was self-reported to Licensing on 10/22/2025. A child self-reported to Director that they hurt their arm when playing in the outdoor play area by the play structure. Parents were notified immediately. A visit to the doctor\342\200\231s office revealed the child did not sustain any injuries that would require further medical attention. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA reviewed the above information with Director and conducted an interview to obtain additional information. LPA toured the areas of the facility where the incident occurred. Per director, at the time of the incident, there were approximately 27 children in the outdoor play area with five (5) staff providing supervision. LPA determined the facility was within ratio, and adequate supervision was provided during the incident. LPA observed the ground surrounding the play structure is sufficiently padded with turf. The play structure is also securely installed into the ground. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed, and Appeal Rights were provided to Director Renita Lozano. Page 1 of 1. End of Report.
