What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Joe Macias conducted an unannounced complaint inspection and met with Preschool Director, Kathy Harmon, as well as the Superintendent Dr. Shawn Stuart. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the investigation findings for the above complaint allegation. The investigation of the above allegation was conducted by the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) Investigations Bureau. Investigator Blake Williams conducted the complaint investigation. The Investigator interviewed staff, reviewed facility files, and obtained copies of pertinent information. During Today's inspection LPA Macias interviewed staff, and also obtained facilities rosters. Based on the evidence gathered by Investigator Williams the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated. A finding that is unsubstantiated means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, the preponderance of evidence does not prove it.
