Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Samantha Yip and Cortney Nelson conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year inspection. LPAs met with Maria Quintero, teacher, and explained the reason for the inspection. Maria informed LPAs that Site Director Perlina Chavez is not present today. Maria also informed LPAs that the infant room is currently not being used. Due to Site Supervisor not being present, LPAs were unable to tour the inside of the facility. LPAs toured the outside area, which was fenced. Shaded rest area is provided through building overhang. No children's files or staff files were reviewed during today's inspection due to infant program being closed. Required 1 year inspection will continue at a later time. As a result of this inspection, no deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted where this report was discussed and provided to Maria Quintero, teacher. A Notice of Site has been issued and must be posted for 30 consecutive days. Facility was informed that the Annual Inspection will continue and be completed at a later date.
