Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marilou Monico conducted a Case Management Inspection in response to an unusual incident that was self-reported by Site Director, Jim Harper, to Licensing on November 13, 2023. LPA met with teacher, Jayanti Tambe, and explained the purpose of the inspection. The alleged incident involved a staff member (S1) violating children's personal rights. LPA interviewed staff and children, reviewed records, and obtained copies of documents. Based on interviews and evidence gathered, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove that S1 violated children's personal rights.
