Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marilou Monico met with Site Director, Tim Harper, for a Case Management Inspection. Site Director self-reported an alleged incident involving two preschool children (C-1 & C-2). LPA interviewed staff and a child. Children's files were also reviewed. Based on interviews, there is no evidence to prove that C-1's personal rights were violated or there was lack of supervision. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Director, Tim Harper. No deficiencies issued. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
