On 11/07/2024 at 2:15pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jialing \342\200\234Julianne\342\200\235 Zhu conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of investigating a reported incident. LPA met with Director Christina Gitthens. Also present during the inspection were five (5) fingerprint-cleared staff and 32 children in care. The facility is within ratio and in compliance with capacity regulations today. The incident occurred on Friday, 11/01/2024 and was reported to Licensing on Monday, 11/04/2024. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed details of incident and conducted an interview with the Director to obtain more details. LPA also reviewed and obtain a copy of a relevant document. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed, and Appeal Rights were provided to Director Christina Gitthens. Page 1 of 1. End of Report.
