On January 21, 2026, at 2:20 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods conducted an unannounced Case Management visit at Bing Nursery School. LPA met with Director Jennifer Winters. Also present during the visit were 114 preschool-age children and 23 staff members. During the visit, LPA asked the Director whether an individual identified as Staff #1 (S1) was currently employed at the center. The Director stated that S1 was previously a research assistant who worked under Head Teacher Staff #2 (S2). LPA reviewed the facility roster, which indicated that S1 separated from employment on June 11, 2025. The Director confirmed that S1 is no longer employed at Bing Nursery School and explained that the individual was known by an alternate name listed on another document. No deficiencies were cited during today’s visit. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Director Jennifer Winters.
