Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marilou Monico met with Site Director, Leslie Yamaki, for an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver investigation findings. During the investigation process, LPA interviewed staff and parents, obtained medical reports and other documents. Based on the available evidence, it is concluded that although the allegations noted on this complaint may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. The allegations are thus UNSUBSTANTIATED. There were no deficiencies cited. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
