What Happened
LPA completed an unannounced random inspection of the infant center with three staff and five infants present. The center was generally compliant, with complete child and staff records and appropriate supervision, but a deficiency was noted on a separate page of the report.
Observations
- The center was in compliance with the sign in and out procedure.
- LPA did not observe any child left without visual supervision or unattended.
