What the inspector wrote

On 12/9/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici- Doni conducted an unannounced Case Management- Licensee Initiated inspection. LPA met and was greeted by Munoz, Marissa, Assistant Director (AD) and explained the reason for the inspection. The purpose of this inspection is the center requested for an increase in capacity from 69 to 106 children. Facility is adding the Toddlers B room which will be used for preschool children in care. A fire clearance for 106 children was granted on 11/20/2025. LPAs Total Indoor measures for : 122 children. LPAs Total outdoor measures for: 109 children. LPA observed there are 117 chairs, 10 tables, 123 cubbies, 111 hooks, 9 sinks, 10 toilets, and 88 cots. There are toys and equipment for children. LPA observed that there was a cabinet under the changing table sink which was locked and had cleaning supplies. LPA reminded AD that all cleaning supplies and disinfectants need to be inaccessible to children while children are present. LPA observed preschool rooms to be clean, safe, and in good condition. LPA obtained an updated LIC 999 (Facility Sketch) to reflect the change of room names. No Deficiencies were cited today. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the AD, Munoz, Marissa, along with appeal rights provided.
