Buildings and Grounds (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. Based on observation and interview, Licensee did not comply with this section. LPA observed LPA also observed a portion of laminated flooring located in the middle of the bathroom was chipped and needs repair to avoid trip hazard, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
