What Happened
Annual inspection identified multiple critical deficiencies: hazardous materials (medications, vitamins, scissors, cleaning supplies) left accessible on kitchen table, Mandated Reporter training not completed, CPR/First Aid certification not EMSA-approved, no fire/disaster drill log maintained, and no current roster of children.
