At 2:15 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici (Doni) conducted an unannounced 1 Year Inspection and was greeted by Licensee, Singleton, Kathleen and also informed her the purpose of today\342\200\231s visit. LPA gathered a census during visit. During today's visit, there were two (2) staff and six (6) children present. Licensee stated that her, and her husband are the adults residing in the home. All are fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility. Parents will enter from the side of the house. The home has no stairs going up to the second floor. Days and hours of operation are Monday - Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 7:30PM to 4:30PM. LPA did observed a swimming pool that is fence all the way around and locked. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the home during today's inspection. The Licensee\342\200\231s has a cell phone in the home. LPA observed sufficient materials, toys, and play equipment for the day care children. The home is clean, orderly, and safe for the day care children. The backyard is enclosed by a fence and is gated. Off-Limits inside the home include: Entire house except the garage where day care is held. Off limit areas to the outside of the home: Pool area. Licensee file was reviewed for the following records: Statement Acknowledging Requirement to report Child Abuse (LIC9108), and Immunization Record showing immunity to measles (MMR), pertussis (Tdap), and influenza (or statement declining influenza). Licensee has a current Mandated Reporter Training and was conducted on 3/23/24 . Licensee has current Pediatric CPR/FIRST AID that was conducted on 2/26/24 . LPA informed Licensee that Mandated reporting and First aid/CPR is mandatory, and should be renewed every 2 years. This Annual will continue at a later date. No deficiencies cited during visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days . Exit interview conducted with Licensee, and a copy of this review was reviewed and provided along with appeal rights.
