Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samantha Yip conducted an unannounced Case Management- Other inspection. LPA met with Director Stephanie Reed and explained the reason for the inspection. Facility has a toddler option attached to their preschool license. During today's inspection, LPA observed that children enrolled in toddler option did not have written permission from parent to enroll in program. Director stated that she will send a copy of written permission from parents. As a result of this inspection, a technical violation was issued. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Stephanie Reed. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
