Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), James Santos conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint visit today and met with Site Director, Svetlana Amir. The purpose of today's visit was to deliver the investigation findings for the above allegations. During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted with staff, parents and children. LPA also conducted observations of the classrooms. Based on the information gathered, there is not enough evidence to prove that the above allegations occurred. Therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that is unsubstantiated means although the allegation may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence does not prove it. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of this report was provided to the Site Director. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
