To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation...or other actions of a punitive nature including but not limited to... This requirement is not being met as evidence by: Director stated that S1 wasobserved to hit a child's hand and telling the child to stop what they were doing. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety to the children in care.
