STAFF-INFANT RATIO
Staff-Infant Ratio. There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance.This requirement is not being met as evidence by: interviews and record review conducted shows facility on at least a few days was following toddler ratio when they should have been following infant ratios. This has the potential to be a health and safety risk to children in care.
