What Happened
During a case-management visit, the LPA found a staff member present in the infant room without the required fingerprint clearance for that age group. The staff member was only cleared for the toddler license and was told not to remain in infant or preschool classrooms until the clearance transfer was completed.
Observations
- A staff member in the infant room did not have fingerprint clearance for the infant/preschool license
- The staff member was only fingerprint cleared for the toddler license
