What the inspector wrote

***Page 2*** Until repairs or upgrades are completed to the potential hazards of the outdoor play area, Director will barricade access to the area and make it off limits. Based on LPA\342\200\231s observation and interviews which were conducted and record reviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation(s) is found to be SUBSTANTIATED California Code of Regulations, 101238.2(d)(1), and Type B deficiency is issued on attached LIC 9099D. Exit interview conducted with Director, Hsini Huang. Notice of site visit issued and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights given.
