On 12/18/2025 at 9:50am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jialing “Julianne” Zhu conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of investigating several unrelated reported incidents. LPA met with Director Ilana Gelemovich. Present during the inspection were director, 37 fingerprint-cleared staff, and 149 children (16 toddlers and 133 preschoolers) in care. The facility is within ratio and in compliance with capacity regulations today. Three incidents were self reported to Licensing between 10/30/2025 and 11/14/2025: · Incident occurred on 10/30/2025 and was self reported to Licensing on 10/31/2025. · Incident occurred on 11/10/2025 and was self reported to Licensing on 11/12/2025. (11/11/2025 was a holiday.) · Incident occurred on 11/13/2025 and was self reported to Licensing on 11/14/2025. During today’s inspection, LPA reviewed the above incidents with Director and conducted interviews with the Director and staff to obtain more information about each isolated incident. LPA also toured the facility to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection in the areas where the incidents occurred. Based on information provided on the written incident reports sent to Licensing and information obtained during today’s inspection, LPA determined appropriate actions were taken by the facility to address the incidents. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
