What the inspector wrote

4 out of 5 parents stated they have never heard teachers speaking to children in irritated tones. 4 out of 4 teachers described other staff working with infants as patient, calm and kind. It was alleged facility is over ratio. LPA conducted previous visits on 12/17/2025 and 01/16/2026. LPA observed the infant classroom was compliant with ratio requirements on both occasions. It was alleged staff do not follow safe sleep guidelines. LPA conducted visits on 12/17/2025 and 01/16/2026. LPA observed the cribs and napping equipment and facility was compliance during both occasions and during today's visit. LPA observed infants sleeping during 01/16/2026. Based on records reviewed the facility conducts required 15-minute infant sleep checks for sleeping infants. It was alleged staff leave crying babies unattended. During interviews with parents, 5 out of 5 stated that they have seen teachers attend to crying children. During interview with staff, 4 out of 4 stated babies cry if they are hungry, tired, missing their parents. 4 out of 4 staff stated they assess why the baby is crying and will help them depending on their needs. Additionally, reporting party did not provide additional information regarding dates and times of the alleged incidents. During this investigation, LPA conducted observations, interviewed director, staff, parents and reviewed relevant records. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. There were no deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Director, Greislye Carrillo. Copy of appeal rights was provided to Site Director, Greislye Carrillo. A Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
