What Happened
Annual inspection found the home orderly and generally safe, but several child file items were missing. The licensee also did not have a safe sleep log on file for the infant in care.
Observations
- Child 4 was missing immunization records
- Child 1 and Child 7 were missing LIC 995
- Child 7 was missing LIC 9227
- Licensee stated there was no safe sleep log
