What the inspector wrote

On 01/23/2026 Licensing program analyst (LPA), Jaime Gonzales was greeted at the front door by staff member Janet Solorio. LPA made an unannounced Case Management Inspection. During the toddler outdoor time LPA observed two teacher aides (S1 and S5) alone with 6 toddler children in the outdoor playground while the fully qualified toddler teacher was on her 15 minute break. LPA and Owner, Alka Sharma discussed the qualifications for teachers and teachers aide's qualification. As a result of today's inspection a deficiency was cited and can be found on the 809-D page. A notice of site visit was given to Owner, Alka Sharma and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Owner, Alka Sharma. Appeal rights provided.
