Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) James Santos conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint investigation at the facility today and met with Director, Hui Ren. The purpose of today's visit was to deliver the investigation finding for the above allegation. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with staff, parents and children. Per interview with other staff, they have not seen staff (S1) yell at the children. The children interviewed stated the teachers do not yell at them though two (2) of the children interviewed stated they have seen the teacher get mad at other children. Per interview with the parents, they have not seen the teachers yell at the children, and they also stated they have no issues with the teachers. Based on the information gathered, there was not enough evidence to prove the above allegation, therefore the allegation was UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that is unsubstantiated means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, the preponderance of evidence does not prove it. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed and a copy was provided to Director, Hui Ren. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
