On February 24, 2026, at 11:50 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit and met with Licensee Diki Lama. Present during the inspection were four (4) infants, one (1) preschool-aged child, and the licensee\342\200\231s fingerprint-cleared assistant. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On February 10, 2026, the Family Child Care Home (FCCH) was cited one (1) Type B citation for the licensee\342\200\231s assistant not having a current mandated reporter training certificate. The licensee and LPA developed a Plan of Correction with a submission due date of February 17, 2026. The LPA reviewed the mandated reporter training certificate issue date and confirmed the training had been completed. The LPA generated a Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared and provided a copy to the licensee. There were no deficiencies cited during today\342\200\231s visit. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Licensee Diki Lama.
