What Happened
Annual inspection identified multiple safety violations: garage used for diaper changes, fire extinguisher severely overdue for service, tools/pesticides accessible, and infant sleeping in car seat.
Observations
- Garage used for diaper changes (unapproved - must change indoors)
- Fire extinguisher last serviced 2/9/2018 (significantly overdue)
- Tools and pesticides initially accessible in shed (moved during inspection)
- Infant found sleeping in car seat upon arrival (car seats only for transportation)
- Infant sleeping in den with insufficient visibility for supervisor

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The door to the den was open; however Licensee is unable to visually observe the infants without moving the door.
