What the inspector wrote

On 05/12/2022 at 1:00pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of investigating a complaint which alleged a personal rights violation. LPA met with Site Director, Kelly Lindor. Also present during today’s visit is 6 staff & 29 children. Based on interviews which were conducted with multiple individuals of a random sample, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation of staff yelling at daycare children is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, Section 101223(a)(3) is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Copy of appeal rights and report was given. Exit interview was conducted with director, Kelly Lindor.
