On 02/12/2026 at 11:30am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jialing “Julianne” Zhu and Diana Campos conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of amending reports. (LPA Campos provided Spanish interpretation to Licensee during the inspection.) LPA met with Licensee Maria Del Pilar Hernandez. Also present during the inspection were fingerprint-cleared S1 & S2 and two (2) children (1 infants and 1 preschool children) in care. The facility is within ratio and in compliance with capacity regulations today. The facility was toured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection in the on-limit areas only. Four (4) reports were amended to remove confidential names: LIC 9099 (12/17/2025), LIC 9099A (12/17/2025), LIC 9099 (12/17/2025), and LIC 809 (10/06/2022). No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
