What the inspector wrote

On 04/10/2026 at 10:15am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe conducted an unannounced Case Management visit. LPA met with director, Ebun Evien. Also present at the time of today's visit is 12 staff and 30 infants in 4 classrooms (Room 5, Room 6, Room 7, & Room 8). During today's visit, the director asked several questions and LPA Uribe offered consultation. LPA Uribe also toured the classrooms and offered consultation on managing licensing expectations with regards to confidential information for children. Though Room 6 had not been used due to low enrollment, it is still a licensed and approved space to be used for infant care. Per director, Room 6 has been re-opened and is being used due to an increase of enrollment and LPA Uribe toured Room 6. LPA Uribe offered additional consultation related to infant care activities related to Safe Sleep Regulations. Director also asked for clarification on teacher/aide qualifications and how this impacts ratio throughout each component type. LPA Uribe reviewed and printed regulations for Teacher-Child Ratio, Teacher Aide Qualifications & Duties, and Infant Care Activities. Notice of Site Visit was given and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Ebun Evien.
