On 01/15/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jennifer "Jen" Beehler and Janette Cruz conducted an unannounced Case Management Other inspection and met with Jamie Ferguson, Director and Brittany Strange, Regional Director. The purpose of today's inspection was to verify the license capacity issued on October 24, 2017 by obtaining updated measurements for indoor and outdoor spaces. Upon arrival, LPAs were greeted by the Director and provided access. LPAs provided the reason for the visit. LPAs toured the indoor and outdoor of the facility. There were four (4) infants present and two (2) infant qualified teachers and one (1) infant qualified Director present which is compliant with ratio and capacity requirements. During today's visit, LPAs measured the classrooms and outdoor play space, observed the facility and collected relevant documentation. Additional verification is required before the Department can conclude it's evaluation. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted with Facility Representative. This report was reviewed and provided to Jamie Ferguson, Facility Representative, along with appeal rights. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
