Correction check·July 8, 2025

On 07/08/2025 at 9:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction visit and met with site director, Hee Sung Kim. Also present during today's inspection is 8 staff and 31 children. On 06/18/2025 during an unannounced regulatory site inspection, the facility was issued one Type B Violation for operating outside of the limitations of the license. A plan of correction was issued requiring the facility to create a written statement declaring the acknowledgment for adhering to the conditions of the license and a plan of action on how the facility will maintain compliance with this requirement moving forward. During today's visit, LPA Uribe verified that the Plan of Correction for one Type B Violation issued to the facility on 06/16/202 has been met and the deficiency has been cleared. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the site director, Hee Sung Kim. Page 1 of 1 ***End of Report***
