What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer "Jen" Beehler conducted an unannounced Collateral visit. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by the Director Jo-Ann Pangan and provided access to the facility. There were 20 preschool age children present with four staff which is compliant with the ratio and capacity requirements. LPA conducted interviews with children and collected testimonies. Due to today's inspection, no deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted with the Director Jo-Ann Pangan. Report was reviewed and provided along with appeal rights. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS PROVIDED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
