What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Liz Andrea Quintero. Licensee was cited on April 17, 2025 for being out of ratio and not having a Mandated Reporter Training for Licensee's helper (S2). During today's inspection, LPA observed the following: 1) Twelve daycare children: 4 infants, 7 preschool age and 1 school age 2) Licensee's husband and Licensee's Assistant (S1) were also present in the home 3) Mandated Reporter Training certificate for S2 that was completed on 04/23/25 4) Completed and signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report form (LIC 9224) in 12 children's files. As a result of this inspection, deficiencies are hereby corrected and cleared. There were no deficiencies cited. A Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
