What the inspector wrote

On 07/07/2025 at 10:25am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jialing \342\200\234Julianne\342\200\235 Zhu met with Interim Director Rachel Lim for an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of reviewing staff files and verifying teacher qualifications. Present during the inspection were director, 25 fingerprint-cleared staff, and 42 infant in care. The facility is within ratio and in compliance with capacity regulations today. The facility was toured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection. The facility shares a campus with a preschool license (facility #: 434416122). The facility has separate indoor and outdoor spaces for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This facility also operates as a parent co-operative. Classrooms: The infant center is licensed with six (6) classrooms, and all are currently in use. Three (3) classrooms serve infants ages 2-12 months. Three (3) classrooms serve infants ages 12-24 months. File Review: LPA reviewed 12 staff files. Based on record review, LPA verified there is at least one fully qualified infant teacher in each classroom. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed, and Appeal Rights were provided to Interim Director Rachel Lim. Page 1 of 1.
