What the inspector wrote

On 11/6/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici- Doni conducted an unannounced 1-Year Inspection and was greeted by Morales, Martha, Director. LPA toured the center with the director and gathered a census of children during inspection. During tour, LPA observed lead teacher and associate teacher with 14 children in room 1, and lead teacher and associate teacher with ten (10) children in room 2. LPA observed the required posted materials, including the Facility License, Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610), Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148), Parents' Rights Poster (PUB 393), Child Car Seat Law (PUB 269), Menus, and Activity Schedule. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, however, in room 1, class starts from 8:00AM to 2:00PM and in room 2, class starts from 8:15AM to 2:15PM. LPA did not observe any bodies of water during inspection. LPA reviewed five (5) children's file and observed that parent's rights forms, immunization records forms, consents for emergency medical treatment forms, and Identification forms are in each file. This annual will continue at a later date. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. No Deficiencies were issued at this time. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Morales, Martha, along with appeal rights.
