What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, made an unannounced Case Management Inspection. LPA met with Licensee Representative, Sara Spiegel. On October 9, 2025, a report was received from the facility regarding an incident involving a three-year-old child who sustained an injury at the center. During today's visit, LPA toured the facility both indoor and outdoor. LPA observed 8 staff members present with 38 children. LPA interviewed staff and a daycare child. LPA reviewed records and copies of pertinent documents were obtained. The investigation for the incident needs further investigation. There were no deficiencies cited. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
