Staff stated they will give water, allow the child to watch TV, or speak to the child eye level. S1 stated the staff would do sing along with all the kids which is another way to redirect children. 4 out of 4 staff stated they have not witnessed nor pulled another child by their hair; staff mentioned to LPA that children have personal rights that are not violated, and children are not forced to do something they do not want to do. 3 out of 3 children stated they like school and like their teachers. Based on interviews and evidence gathered during the course of the investigation, it is concluded that although the allegations noted on this complaint may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED . A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, and a copy of this report reviewed and provided.
