LPA interviewed RP, and reviewed video evidence provided. Three (3) out of 3 parents interviewed stated there were no issues with staff hitting children in care. LPA attempted to interview children, but children did not provide statements. Based on interviews, record reviews, and evidence gathered during the course of the investigation, it is concluded that although the allegation noted on this complaint may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED . A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with owner, and a copy of this report reviewed and provided.
