It was alleged that Unqualified staff are supervising children alone. Based on interviews conducted with staff and parents, four (4) out of 4 staff stated children are not left alone with staff who do not have the 12 required units completed. Staff 1 (S1) noted that all staff must have 12 units to care for any child alone. S1 also mentioned that the number of staff in a classroom depends on the number of children present in the preschool. Based on interviews, and evidence gathered during the course of the investigation, it is concluded that although the allegation noted on this complaint may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days . Exit interview conducted with Licensee, and this report reviewed and provided along with appeal rights.
