Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici-Doni conducted an unannounced 1-Year inspection and was greeted by Director, GEORGIA ANDRESEN ROBELLO , and informed her the reason of the visit. LPA toured both indoors and outdoors during the inspection with Director. LPA observed four (4) infants in room 1 with 1 teacher, 11 infants in room 2 with 1 teacher and 2 aides, 16 preschoolers in room 3 with 2 teachers, 16 preschoolers in room 4 with 1 teacher, and 11 Preschoolers in room 5 with 1 teacher. All children were observed during nap time. The center was in compliant with the facility license capacity and ratio requirements. LPA observed the required posted materials, including the Facility License, Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610), Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148), Parents' Rights Poster (PUB 393), Child Car Seat Law (PUB 269), Menus, and Activity Schedule. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 6:00PM. LPA reviewed six (6) children's files, and each child's file reviewed contains all required forms/documents, including Admission Agreement, Emergency Medical Consent (LIC 627), and Information and Emergency Information form (LIC 700). This annual will continue at a later date. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. No Deficiencies were issued at this time. Exit interview conducted with director, and a copy of this report was review and provided along with appeal rights.
