What the inspector wrote

On 01/06/2025, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA), Jaime Gonzales met with Site Director, Vanessa Chavira-Manrique and while conducting the tour of the facility Site Director had self reported that (C1&C2) two toddlers were commingled with the preschooler in the (wonderful) room. LPA and Site Director reviewed the toddler component regulations and Site Director understands that toddlers should be separate from the preschool aged children. Site Director discussed toddler component regulation in the preschool with the parents who picked up during the inspection. LPA left a copy of the toddler regulation with the Site Director. During today's inspection there was a deficiency cited and further detail can be found on the 809-D page. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Vanessa Chavira-Manrique. Appeal Rights Provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
